Starting a quote request is as easy as browsing our site. Select the sportswear product you are interested in using the "OUR PRODUCTS" tab in the top menu. Click on the "ORDER" tab using the top menu. You will be redirected to the order form which you'd have to fill in. Once you submit it, we will contact you shortly. We have professional designers that are experienced at creating custom clothing for all kinds of teams and events.
Compile any design ideas you might have such as sketches, mockups or photos, along with your sponsor logos.
Make a list of design preferences, color choices and logo placements.
Either upload or Email the design ideas, preferences and logo files to sales@heinicanada.com. Include your team name in the subject line, and provide complete contact information.

We make it easy to be sure your entire team or group gets custom cycling clothing that fits the way they want it to. We will be sending our sizing chart so that you can find the size that fits you. We will also send you an excel sheet where you would have the fill in  the information required. (Eg - Sizes, Jersey Number etc)

We’ll want to be sure that the final design meets your expectations, so we’ll be sending a proof for you to review. Once that’s approved, our team of dedicated clothing experts will start creating your order.

You’re almost done!

Now’s the time to make sure everything is in order to be sure you get the exactly the custom clothing you’re looking for. Make sure you have approved an design draft for each item you plan to order. Also, We will be processing the order with the final excel sheet sent from you. Finalize pricing with us and make sure you pay 50% of the invoice's amount. Production will start once the payment has been received.

Our manufacturers take great pride in making sure that your apparel is made to the highest of standards. They have built in quality checks throughout the entire process to make sure your apparels are as per the draft design. The art of Sublimation make sure the colors are accurate and the logos print in the exact positions and dimensions. Also, they have experienced tailors who make sure the clothing fits you to the most. Once stitched, the quality assurance department makes sure everything is right in you perfect apparel.

Your product leaves as soon as it passed the last QC inspection.

We are in tie ups with top freight companies through out the world to make sure your order reaches you in time. Our sales persons will be following up your order until it reaches your door.
