Heini Canada Got Your Back: 2-Year Warranty
We take pride in the quality of Heini gear. That's why we warrant our products against material defects and faulty workmanship for two years from the date you bought them. This warranty is for the original owner only and requires proof of purchase.
Need to Make a Warranty Claim? Here's How:
General Claims: Contact Heini Canada customer service to get things started. Have your proof of purchase ready, and they'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Retail Purchases: If you bought your Heini gear from a store, return it there for warranty processing.
HeiniCanada.com Purchases: Contact customer service for your RMA number, then ship the product with the RMA to the address below:

What's Covered?
Manufacturing Defects: We'll get your product fixed or replaced if it has a manufacturing defect, at our discretion.
What's Not Covered?
Accidents, Mishaps, and Wear & Tear: The warranty doesn't cover damage from accidents, improper care (like fingernail tears in wetsuits), neglect, normal wear and tear, or chlorine damage (except for Heini swimsuits).
Altered Products: Only original, unaltered Heini products are covered.
Warranty Abuse: Products sent for warranty that don't qualify won't be covered.
Crashed Your Gear? We Might Help!
If you damage your Heini product in a crash, send a photo of the damage and your proof of purchase to customerservice@heinicanada.com. We'll review it and see if you qualify for a discount on a replacement, at our discretion.

Your Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your location. Heini Canada and its partners are not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or direct damages, unless local laws require otherwise.
