Heini Canada Return Policy
Love it or Return It: If you're not happy with your Heini gear, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
How to Return:
Request a Return: Go to [link to return request page] and fill out the form.
Pack Your Item: Include your order number and the return label we'll send you.
Ship It Back: Drop off your package at a shipping location.
Return Conditions:
Items must be new, unused, and have tags attached.
No returns on worn, used, or customized items, including face coverings.
Refunds may take 2 weeks after receiving the product.
The customer is responsible for returning the product back.
Special Cases:
Defective Items: See our Warranty Policy.
Gifts: Refunds go to the original buyer.
Shipping: Original shipping costs aren't refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchange for the same item in a different size or something of equal or lesser value.
Discount codes are valid for exchanges.
Each item needs its own return, but can be shipped together.
No international exchanges except Canada and the US.
Retail & International Orders:
Retail Purchases: Return to the partner store where you bought it.
