Welcome to Heini Canada

Heini Canada Return Policy

Love it or Return It: If you're not happy with your Heini gear, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

How to Return:

  1. Request a Return: Go to [link to return request page] and fill out the form.

  2. Pack Your Item: Include your order number and the return label we'll send you.

  3. Ship It Back: Drop off your package at a shipping location.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be new, unused, and have tags attached.

  • No returns on worn, used, or customized items, including face coverings.

  • Refunds may take 2 weeks after receiving the product.

  • The customer is responsible for returning the product back.

Special Cases:

  • Defective Items: See our Warranty Policy.

  • Gifts: Refunds go to the original buyer.

  • Shipping: Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange for the same item in a different size or something of equal or lesser value.

  • Discount codes are valid for exchanges.

  • Each item needs its own return, but can be shipped together.

  • No international exchanges except Canada and the US.

Retail & International Orders:

  • Retail Purchases: Return to the partner store where you bought it.
